According to Variety, the Shine Group has picked up for international distribution Adopted, a reality series chronicling Pauly Shore's efforts to adopt an African child.

The hasbeen filmed a mockumentary of the same title, but we're not sure where the realism ends and the comedy begins.

It must be difficult to come up with a more exploitive, terrible idea for a comeback!
