Retired NFL Super Bowl champ and season 7 Dancing With The Stars runner-up Warren Sapp was arrested earlier today in Miami Beach and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.

According to ET, The Miami Beach Police told them an alleged incident involving Sapp and his girlfriend occurred at the Shore Club Hotel at 5 a.m. on Saturday morning.

According to the arrest report, the girlfriend had “a swollen right knee and bruises on the back of her neck.”
